Transformation (Will Come To You, It Takes Time)

No amount of written knowledge can help one relax unless they are mindful of their inner being. Relaxation is an absence, an absence of activity. No posture or formula are needed, what is essential is understanding the activity, why is it being done. As soon as one is aware, it will stop.

That moment is relaxation, and it is neither of the body nor of the mind, it is of the total. It is the moment when one dissolves in one’s own energy. This transformation is much more than what can be asked for or expected. It takes time but there is no hurry either.
