One Has To Know Oneself (Not Be Worried About What Others Say About You)

No one can say anything about us really. Every single thing that people say is about themselves. But we follow other people, seek their opinions about us and in turn decorate our ego. Instead, we should look within, find ourselves. Everybody has his own purpose but it is impossible to find our purpose without finding the self first.

Whenever we are self-conscious it indicates that we are not aware of our own self. The moment we find our self, our purpose of life will become clear. All the knots will be released. And to know one’s self indeed is meditation.
