Hollow Bamboo

Hollow and empty inside, a bamboo is just like our body. When we sit still, completely silent, eyes and mouth shut, watching our thoughts passively, not waiting on anything in particular; we become a hollow bamboo. And when we do, it fills us with infinite energy, it fills us with the divine.

Once we are empty there is no barrier for the divine to flow through us. The passage is clear. We needn’t do anything else. We simply relax, and everything else happens on its own. A new life enters us. And then comes a moment when the hollow bamboo completely disappears.
