Our mind is a mess. One has to see it, not run away from it. One has to clean it, blank it out. When the unimportant, unnecessary is emptied one becomes more receptive. That’s why, an empty mind is the best mind for it has got no barriers.

Absence of an activity helps. Passiveness is of the essence. Thoughts may come and go but one is to not to get involved; stay detached. Waves of activity will start subsiding until one becomes a silent reflection. This passivity will automatically empty the mind and one will be only surrounded by calm and freshness.
